Hotstar Specials has teamed with Ram Madhvani Films (RMF) to produce crime family drama Aarya, which will stream on the Disney+ Hotstar platform from June 19.
Co-produced by Endemol Shine, the nine-part series is an official adaptation of popular Dutch crime drama Penoza.

Directors Ram Madhvani, Sandeep Modi and Vinod Rawat shot the series in 360 degrees with natural lightning to give it a realistic look. Filmed in Rajasthan, the series was written by Sandeep Srivastav and Anu Singh Choudhary.
The cast also includes Chandrachur Singh, Namit Das, Sikandar Kher, Jayant Kripalani, Sohaila Kapoor, Sugandha Garg, Maya Sareen, Vishwajeet Pradhan and Manish Chaudhary.
