Cairo Film Connection 2024: Full Line-Up

Cairo Film Connection (CFC), the funding platform of Cairo International Film Festival, has selected 18 projects from the Arab world for its tenth edition.

The projects were chosen from a pool of over 200 submissions by a selection committee comprising Egyptian filmmakers Yomna Khatab, Ahmed Refaat and Heba Habib. The CFC jury comprises Hugo Rosak, head of industry office at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival; Egyptian filmmaker Hala Galal and Lebanese producer Myriam Sassine.

CFC, headed by newly appointed director Rodrigo Brum, is taking place November 17-20, during the festival’s Industry Days, while Cairo International Film Festival is schedued for November 13-22.
